WHAT KIND OF TRAINERS WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Trainers and Clients Welcome!

We currently have room for two more full-time trainers. You bring/build your clientele, you bill your clients, you receive their payments…you operate your own business. We simply charge you an extremely competitive monthly training fee. You train your clients whenever you want, and your clients aren’t charged anything for use of the facilities.

We have a professional but friendly home for our trainers at Group4 Fitness Systems. We don’t steal each other’s clients; we don’t deal with aggressive personalities or show-offs. We are looking for serious, career personal trainers with full clienteles, or the ability to build a full clientele in a matter of months. We do not “hire” trainers as employees.

Body Pump resistance training workout provides participants with an all-over muscular endurance workout that is set to music.

We started a tradition when our doors first opened in 2007 of doing introductions at the beginning of each class – a tradition which has been adopted by CrossFit gyms all over the country. Because we have created an inclusive environment, our members all know each other, support one another, and socialize in (i.e. at our quarterly Taco Socials) and outside of the gym. CrossFit workouts are comprised of constantly varied functional movements (like pushing, pulling, squatting, lifting, running) executed at high intensity. At ShapeForce, you will not find any machines – instead, you will find kettlebells, barbells, medicine balls, sleds, and tons of open space for running, jumping, climbing, lifting, and throwing. The workouts themselves are completely scalable, which means that a new participant and a CrossFit veteran can complete the same workout with changes in load and intensity.
