Types of Equipment We Use

We have a 1 on 1 studio and also a group exercise room when classes are not going on concurrently. We have a wide array of equipment to use with our Personal Training at our facility, some conventional and some unconventional. 

We use Kettlebells, TRX Suspension Trainer, Plyo Boxes, Buddy System, Heavy Resistance Bands, Olympic Lifts, Verti Max, Sleds, DynoMax Balls, Parachutes, Agility Ladder. We also have your traditional equipment like: Dumbbells, Medicine and Exercise Balls, Bosu Ball, Ellipticals, Treadmills, Squat Racks and much more.

How Does Our Private Personal Training Studios Work?

You will be assigned a trainer who will begin by identifying your goals and creating a personalized fitness plan. During each session, you'll learn the best exercises for your needs. Your trainer will also guide you on the proper amount of weight and number of reps, how long to rest between sets, and how to avoid injury. With this expert knowledge, you'll get more from every workout and make steady progress towards your goals!
